Our glazing services are used and trusted by a broad range of clients in the public and private sectors, including major construction companies, local authorities, schools, hospitals and police authorities. In addition, we offer an efficient maintenance and repair service to the domestic sector, including all types of glass replacement and safety upgrading, and replacement of seal-failed insulating glass units.

24hr emergency service

Glass Northampton Ltd provide a comprehensive emergency and replacement glazing service, using fully qualified glaziers employed directly by the Company.

We offer a rapid response emergency 24-hour callout service within a 25-mile radius of Northampton for fast securing of premises if glass cannot be replaced instantly. Our Glazing Department will follow up with quotations to customers and their Insurers, with speedy completion of repairs thereafter.

Advisory services

We carry out Risk Assessments for glass and glazing in the home and in the workplace where there are Health and Safety concerns, and contract to upgrade glazing in these areas to the required standard where necessary. We can also assess both domestic and commercial premises where there are considerations of solar control, thermal insulation, or noise control, and advise on upgrades using the high-performance insulating glass units available today.

We also have vast experience in the field of film application to glazing, when issues of privacy, safety, or solar control are concerned.

Insurance-backed

All our work meets current Building Regulations and the safety requirements of BS6206, and other requirements of security, fire resistance, or Workplace Health and Safety Regulations. We carry £5 million public and product liability Insurance for all our operational activities in the fields of glazing and window installation, which are carried out in full compliance with the latest health & safety and Environmental regulations.

Our Glass and Glazing Department is located in our Showroom and Glass Works area, where our Sales and Operational staff will be pleased to answer any query you may have on new or replacement glass.
